Club Guarantees
Here are the guarantees offered by the Club, in detail:
Under-insured parties
The Club will cover medical costs and expenses arising from bodily injury sustained by third parties on board when the liable third party is uninsured or underinsured.
Transport risks
The Club will cover your liability when your yacht is being transported by a specialist vessel.
Towing
The Club will cover your liabilities arising from the towing of the yacht.
Helicopter and other aircraft
The Club will cover liabilities relating to the presence of a helicopter or any other aircraft on board the yacht.
Firearms
The Club covers liabilities arising from the use of weapons on board for sporting purposes.
Crew
The Club will cover your liabilities towards your crew in the event of an accident occurring on board, off board or on ancillary craft, as well as your liability concerning repatriation, crew replacement costs, loss of personal effects, immigration (or other) fines, diversion costs and other miscellaneous costs.
Guests and family members
The Club will cover your liabilities concerning your family and guests in the event of an accident occurring on board, off board and on tender vessels, including when these persons are participating in water sports, shore excursions and other leisure activities.
Day labourers and others on board
Your liability will be covered in the event of claims for compensation made due to injuries, death, and material damage caused to third parties of any nature whatsoever.
Pleasure boats, tenders and water sports
The Club will cover liability for injury or death to persons and damage to third-party property arising from the operation of ancillary equipment, including tenders, jet skis and a wide range of leisure activity equipment used in connection with the yacht.
Repatriation and unpaid wages in accordance with the requirements of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC 2006)
The Club's cover meets your obligations to provide financial security for repatriation costs and unpaid wages as mandated under Principle Guidance B.2.5 of Rule 2.5 of the Maritime Labour Convention 2006.
War risk cover for bodies & machinery, kidnap and ransom
The Club can cover war risks hull & machinery, kidnapping and ransom demands concerning the crew (optional cover subject to a surcharge).

- Worldwide warranty, lifetime 24/24 during working period, on board, ashore or awaiting embarkation
- Medical expenses following illness and accident, hospitalisation, outpatient medicine. Also included are dental care and dentures.
- Alternative Therapies: Chiropractor, Homeopath, Osteopath, Acupuncturist and Maternity
- Ophthalmology: Prescription for contact lenses or glasses
- Repatriation of seafarers to their homes, of the body in case of death, medical evacuation, medical evacuation from the boat to the shore, ticket for the return of the insured or their replacement.
